Outcome Services of Illinois

This online training course addresses requirements and best practices for resident councils in the long-term care setting.  It will provide an in-depth review of all necessary components of a resident council, including how to run a meeting and keep appropriate council minutes.  In addition, this session will provide an overview of how resident council is incorporated into the annual Public Health Survey.

Participants will complete/submit a questionnaire and receive 1 CEU training hour.
