By attending all 6 days, you will be in compliance with Public Health regulations for becoming an Activity Director.  This course also offers a variety of excellent speakers who will assist you in customizing your activity program to fit your facility’s needs.  It is perfect for new directors and those who would like to update their existing information on activities.  

Who Should Attend?

Activity Directors, Activity Aides/ Assistants, and other staff who are involved with activities at the facility.  Administrators are also welcome to increase or refresh their knowledge of how their Activity Department can be strengthened.

Each day will be presented by a long-term care professional including a CTRS, LCSW, LSW, and more!  Another benefit to you is that each speaker is a Dementia Care Practitioner and a nursing home consultant so they know the most recent information and survey trends going on right now!
